How big do you think I am?

When I asked My disciples “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”, they gave Me a lot of opinions and statements which they've heard other people say about Me. I then asked them: “But what about you? Who do you say I am?” (Matthew 16:13-15)

Today I want you to put all that you've heard others say about Me to the side and I want to make it personal:

How big do YOU think I am?

Now I know you think that I am big enough to give you breath and life, but what about your finances? Am I big enough for that? Or what about the relationships that you are finding yourself in? The future and unknown answers? Does My provision have a limit or an extend where it runs out?

I really want you to take time and be honest with yourself about this and while you are pondering on it, I'm going to share My word with you, just like I did with Job and David. To give you a glimpse of My majesty and power so that you might become aware of how great and big I am. If I created the heavens and the earth, and if I am on the throne of all creation, why will I not be your Provider?

“Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand. Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! Who stretched a measuring line across it? On what were its footings set, or who laid its cornerstone - while the morning stars sang together and all the angels shouted for joy? Who shut up the sea behind doors when it burst forth from the womb, when I made the clouds its garment and wrapped it in thick darkness, when I fixed limits for it and set its doors and bars in place, when I said, ‘This far you may come and no farther; here is where your proud waves halt’? Have you ever given orders to the morning, or shown the dawn its place, that it might take the earth by the edges and shake the wicked out of it?"

Job 38:4-13 (NIV)

When I view and consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained and established, What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of [earthborn] man that You care for him?

Psalm 8:3-4 (AMPC)

I am big enough to provide for you, no matter what you are facing. Your situation doesn't frighten Me, dear child, on the contrary, it is an opportunity for Me to show you how powerful and majestic I am.

The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you. Sing praises to the LORD, enthroned in Zion; proclaim among the nations what he has done.

Psalm 9:9-10 (NIV)

God’s splendor is a tale that is told, written in the stars. Space itself speaks his story through the marvels of the heavens. His truth is on tour in the starry vault of the sky, showing his skill in creation’s craftsmanship. Each day gushes out its message to the next, night by night whispering its knowledge to all - without a sound, without a word, without a voice being heard, yet all the world can hear its echo. Everywhere its message goes out.

Psalm 19:1-4 (TPT)

Creation is proclaiming My majesty and splendor each day, now I'm waiting for you to respond.
